Services we provide

Therapeutic Supports

Frank Chats with Alicia provides one-on-one therapeutic support for people with intellectual disability, with a special focus on supporting women in areas like relationships, consent, and body changes.

Who is this service appropriate for?

This service is available to individuals with disability from the age of 14. Referrals for those under 14 can be considered and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Alicia also specialises in providing support to women with intellectual disability.


What is covered in the sessions?

Sessions are informed by the individual and their goal for the sessions. Some of the topics we cover include; respectful relationships, dating, protective behaviours, anatomy, safer sex, consent, contraception, reproduction and pregnancy.


Where are the sessions held? 

The sessions can be delivered face-to-face in the Frank Chats with Alicia clinic in Sydney's Inner West or online via Zoom. In some cases, sessions may also be available in home (Metropolitan Sydney). Please note that face-to-face sessions in home will require additional travel costs and not all locations in Metropolitan Sydney are available for face-to-face sessions. Please contact us to see if we service your suburb.


How much are the sessions? 

Frank Chats with Alicia is a registered NDIS provider. We can provide services to NDIS participants who are self-managed, plan managed and agency managed. This service falls under under the NDIS Capacity Building support category - Improved Daily Living (15_613_0128_1_3 Assessment Recommendation Therapy or Training - Developmental Educator).

Professional Mentorship

Frank Chats with Alicia offers professional mentorship for allied health and disability service professionals in relationship and sexuality support. 


Through personalised one-on-one mentorship, professionals receive expert guidance on best practices in inclusive relationships and sexuality education, empowering them to effectively meet the relationship and sexuality needs of the individuals they support.

Spark Connection

Spark Connection is the partnership of Frank Chats with Alicia and My Friend in Sex Ed, two Developmental Educators and Sexologists in Australia.


We are advocates for inclusive, empowering, and evidence-based conversations about sexuality, relationships, and personal development.


Founded on the principles of: education, empathy, and openness. Our mission is to create spaces where individuals and communities can explore topics that matter without stigma or judgment.
